Tim came to my home, took accurate measurements and gave me a very good price on a new chair lift. He is a very nice person and is very well versed in his field. They sell very high quality products and have a very competent installation team. Be sure when comparing you understand that Romar sells the good stuff. The folks at Romar did an excellent job on communication which is a very important part of any transaction. They delivered and installed my lift perfectly a week earlier than originally estimated, you can't beat that! You will be happy if you deal with Romar Elevators!

I cannot envision any further lengths a company could go through to ensure strong performance. We were consistently kept in the loop with regards to what was happening with the installation and provided adequate notice when an interface was needed. Karl’s knowledge of the product and all aspects of his trade was obvious to those of us working alongside him. In addition to the extreme professionalism demonstrated, Romar always seemed to make themselves available to meet key milestones. It was a good partnership. As a final nod to Karl and his assistant Evan, the SC State Elevator Inspector remarked numerous times during the course of our inspection what a great job they had done and how he wished all his inspections went so smooth. I sincerely appreciate all your efforts and look forward to the opportunity to work together again.

I purchased a Chairlift from Romar 5 years ago. Romar is AWESOME! They installed it days earlier than scheduled and it has worked without fail for many years. Recently the chair needed routine maintenance and a battery change. They servicemen came the same day and resolved my minor issue. Service after the sale!!!
